Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and contribution. It is policy to send complete papers to two reviewers for full blind peer review and to send a summary of review back to the author(s). All review comments and suggestions should be addressed in the final submission. Submitted Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere.

Peer review actions that are developed every year (for approval and publication of each volume):
- 1st issue/year - preliminary review process is done by our teaching staff for all the master and PhD students contributions (it is a coaching and mentoring activity, too). The time for this activity is 1 May - 30 June. Final approval for the issue publication is dome during an Editorial Board meeting after the 20 of June.
- 2nd issue/year - peer review is done for each article is done as they are submitted (2 external reviewers are sending their opinion via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or the email address of other invited editor). The time for this activity is 1 July - 20 December. Final approval for the issue publication is done during an Editorial Board meeting after the 20 of December.
